Birdswitch

We teamed up with Dreaming Creek Brewing to bring you an IPA called Bird Switch. We bring you a beer that we made a very long time ago when Patrick Fannin (Dreaming Creek's head brewer) was just a wee lad. We made a few changes to the original recipe and we think you will be happy with the changes. Bird Switch is lighter bodied and a bit more pale in appearance, which really allows the hops to be the stars. Packed with El Dorado, Lemondrop, and Azacca, you will get bright notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus.
