I Can Eat About a Million and a Half of These

For dessert this weekend we bring you something that resembles a leftover valentines box of chocolates. "I Could Eat About A Million and a Half of These" is a bourbon barrel aged pastry stout with small additions of pecans and toasted coconut. Overwhelmingly smooth chocolatey nose with whisps of caramel and bourbon as well as faint coconut. Imagine shoving a whole box of chocolates in your face.... thats what the flavor profile is like. Loads of chocolate and vanilla with that random coconut piece thats in the box. Hints of velvety pecans that sit atop the bourbon balls and even some caramel drizzle that adorns a few pieces in the read heart shaped package.
