Grindstone Pilsner

Making its seasonal return is the Grindstone Pilsner! This year we changed things up and used 100% grain grown and malted right here in Kentucky to put a local spin on an old classic. Specifically, these grains are provided by Southfork Malthouse which is located in Cynthiana, Kentucky and have been malting grain for several years as the first and only malthouse in the state. The particular malt used to brew with is beer is very clean and provided us with the perfect profile for the style. With its light straw color and brilliant clarity, this pilsner is crisp and refreshing, achieving a perfect balance with just the right amount of bitterness. At 4.5% ABV this crushable staple will fit perfectly in your travel cooler and be a go-to selection within the fridge!
