When this beer catches your eye like a big pizza pie, THAT'S AMORE!!! What is an italian pilsner you ask? In a sense, it is a traditional German pilsner with a low to moderate bitterness, that has been dry hopped. Bright and crystal clear, bubbly and effervescent. The moderate bitterness is just enough to continuously draw you back for another sip. We carefully crafted this recipe using a pilsner malt grown just north of Venice. The dry hop was done with saphir hops with a deft hand. You'll pick up delicate floral and citrus aromas with a bit of spice.
