Another monster for you to indulge. Our hop supplier, Hop Head Farms, brought us some super fresh El Dorado hops that smelled like a mango and a pineapple had a baby. Not unsimilar to a paw paw fruit. The base is the tried and true monster recipe that allows this bright hop to show its true colors.
