We're Turning 5!
It’s about to be 5 years since we pulled that tap back and poured a beer for our first customer, what a moment that was! We started on a 3 barrel system… more like a glorified home brew system. It was all “balling on a budget” when building this no name brewery out, not knowing if this would work. But it sure as hell did!
With careful strategy and calculated growth, we are now on a 15 barrel system, two taprooms and a separate warehouse. What’s next?!! Well, we’re expanding again by moving the entire brewhouse into its own building so we can continue to grow, purchasing more equipment and scouting the next best location… maybe Louisville 🤔? Not to mention scaling distribution.
Without a doubt, we owe all of this to you guys supporting us and our employees for devoting their hearts in making it the best experience when you come visit. As well as the Brewers for continuing to pump some damn good product out.
We're gonna kick some ass all week!

𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄: “𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚”
Today we’ve got a special bottle drop made personally by Mike Brown, MTB brewer. Initially this brew was devised purposely for his recent life changing moment, marriage (the boys will never forget you, stay strong).
Unfortunately due to covid, the bottle was never released. On the plus side, it aged for another year for a total of 22 months. It’s an Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels with coffee. The name stems from the place of matrimony. Snag one, you won’t regret it.
